If you are not in good health condition, please cancel or rebook. There is no cancellation policy and no cancellation fee will be charged, so please contact us as soon as possible.

■Cancellation policy
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge 50% cancellation fee, so please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not show up to the salon without contacting us, then 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Even if you come late for the treatment, we will charge the regular fee as reserved. We will adjust as much as possible for you to receive regular massage, but please understand that it may not be possible depending on the reservation situation.
